Hi! I'm Taru Salokangas and I run a one-woman Squarespace design studio in Finland. I design and build strategic and marketing oriented Squarespace sites for small businesses and entrepreneurs. My background is in digital marketing (20+ years) and I've been using Squarespace for 10+ years. I have degrees in digital design and marketing and experience from advertising / digital agencies and multimillion dollar company marketing departments, but the most rewarding and educational part of my career has been being an entrepreneur and helping small businesses do their marketing by utilizing websites. It is a true passion of mine. Even though I now live in a small town in Finland with my family, I've traveled the world a lot and lived almost half of my adult life abroad (England, Denmark and California). Traveling and exploring new areas is still one of my favorite things. Nowadays we do a lot of our trips with our family in our lovely camper van. My mottos: Life is better when you're laughing. Always take the scenic route.
