At Lesia Design & Digital, we believe great design should be strategic, accessible, and built to make a measurable difference. With more than 25 years in web design and development, I am a Platinum Squarespace Expert who has launched over 250+ Squarespace websites. My team and I have worked closely with non-profits, charities, hospital foundations, associations, healthcare organizations, and public service groups. Over time, I intentionally niched almost entirely into the non-profit sector. That specialization matters. It means I understand donor psychology, campaign structure, grant visibility, accessibility standards, stakeholder communication, and the strategic user journeys required to move someone from awareness to action. I do not just design beautiful websites. I design fundraising tools. In one local foundation redesign, engagement and traffic increased substantially after launch, driven by a clearer structure and improved mobile experience. Most importantly, the strategic, conversion-focused design made it easier for supporters to donate and helped the organization reach a seven-figure fundraising goal.
